方法一从TI官网下载安装包进行安装，

官方下载链接

软件下载完成安装路径为上面的文件夹

完成软件下载

点击安装完成后，导入安装路径，并点击Refresh按钮，依据路径进行更新：

完成安装：

已经出现了最新编译版本

重新导入工程成功

完成工程导入
