调试代码错误1:legacy-install-failure、subprocess-exited-with-error

问题：要克隆GitHub上的torchsparse包。

解决legacy-install-failure命令：

sudo apt-get install libfreetype6-dev
sudo apt-get install pkg-config
sudo apt-get install libpng12-dev
sudo apt-get install pkg-config
