Pycharm 错误：找不到 Jupyter 命令“jupyter-notebook”。

Pycharm安装jupyter后无法找到的问题

PS：输入jupyter notebook后出现

Available subcommands: console execute kernel kernelspec migrate nbconvert
qtconsole run troubleshoot trust

Jupyter command `jupyter-notebook` not found.

解决方法：

不输入jupyter notebook启动，换用python -m notebook
